This experience is the source of our change. It is designed to powerfully cultivate the voices of those leaders ready to represent and carry the torch of change for their respective causes and gives those leaders the needed tools for more effectively and rapidly influencing their desired change.
We develop participants’ skills and capabilities through a wide range of tools and techniques, including group sessions, practice sessions, dress rehearsals, personalized one-on-one coaching, and advocate calls. We deliver our methodologies via a combination of platforms including in-person (where applicable), online tutorials, and videoconferencing. Participants are paired with an advocate, (a cheerleader and Graduate,) to gently guide them through the process.
Amplify recognizes people are complex beings who, oftentimes, require more than just “HOW TOs” to successfully share… both in life and on the stage. Therefore, we also provide tools for addressing the emotional, mental, AND physical needs that can impact a speaker’s ability to effectively communicate. These tools may include exercises involving visualization, meditation, breathing, movement and essential oils for grounding.
Participants gain the tools and techniques for conveying ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. They experience new levels of courage and power, favorably impacting their causes, relationships, businesses, communities and lives overall. Participants become part of a community that continues to support one another long after stepping off the stage. The Main Stage Event is livestreamed and photographed, capturing Talks in a professionally recorded package for redistribution.
